Come join our supportive therapeutic yoga community at the Center for Integrative Counseling and Wellness (CICW) in Hingham. Sharing a combination of Yin Yoga, Balance, Breathwork and Meditation for improved health and well-being. No matter what you are seeking; healing from loss, seeking calm and peace, managing and autoimmune illness (MS, Lyme, Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis etc.) or cancer or stroke recovery; these groups are a nurturing, healing , supportive and fun experience. The goal of all my classes is to teach you how to elicit the Relaxation Response on your own so you can take it off your mat into your everyday life
Each class size is small and range between 4 and 6 students. Private, semi-private instruction and special events are also available in all styles of yoga, including trauma-sensitive yoga. Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org for details and availability.
