Come join our supportive therapeutic yoga community at the Center for Integrative Counseling and Wellness (CICW) in Hingham. Sharing a combination of Yin Yoga, Balance, Breathwork and Meditation for improved health and well-being. Each class size is small and range between 4 and 6 students. Private, semi-private instruction and special events are also available in all styles of yoga, including trauma-sensitive yoga.
