Trish Hart offers a unique combination of addressing both the mind and the body. She was a previous marathon runner and has practiced yoga and meditation for almost 20 years to create equanimity in her daily life. She is an E-RYT 500 yoga instructor in therapeutic essentials, and has completed a myriad of additional mediation, mindfulness and yoga specialty trainings. In addition, she is trained as a Massachusetts General Hospital, Benson Henry Institute (SMART) Stress Management and Resiliency Facilitator, is certified through Duke Integrative Medicine in mindfulness for professionals, and is a lecturer at The Kennedy School at Harvard University and Massachusetts General Hospital.
In addition to her private therapeutic yoga and meditation practice, she instructs numerous educational workshops and lectures on mindfulness, stress management, self care, breathwork and sleep hygiene for Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Massachusetts and privately for groups and corporations.
