Trish Hart offers a unique combination of yoga, mediation, and breathwork. She was a previous marathon runner who has practiced yoga and meditation for over 15 years to create balance in her daily life. She is a 500-hour yoga instructor in therapeutic essentials and has completed a myriad of additional mediation and yoga specialty trainings. In addition, she is trained as a Massachusetts General Hospital, Benson Henry Institute (SMART) Stress Management and Resiliency Facilitator. She instructs workshops on mindfulness, stress management, breathwork and sleep hygiene.
Trish’s early work surrounded the financial side of clinical programs at Deloitte and Touché, Beth Israel Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital. She holds both a BS and MBA in Healthcare Administration from Boston University. As a practioner of mindfulness meditation personally, and an advocate for personal and professional benefits associated with its practice, Trish is able to guide executives to be more mindful leaders in the workplace.
