The majority of time, I work privately with clients at the Center or my home studio, but I absolutely love teaching these classes below at these awesome studios. I also sub whenever I can! I absolutely sharing the gift of yoga...too bad there are only 24 hours in a day!
WARM ALL LEVELS FLOW This vinyasa flow class is for the newer or seasoned yogi or yogini who prefers a milder temperature and mindful flow. Instruction will include clear alignment cues and modifications. Focusing on the mind body connection, this class will increase strength and flexibility. 85 degrees. Some experience recommended.
HEATED 2/3 VINYASA FLOW This is a Power Vinyasa Yoga class for the seasoned yogi. An intense Vinyasa Flow class. Challenging strength, flexibility, balance and mind-body connection. Instructors vary postures in an open flow format. Intense heat and humidity with temperatures reaching close to 100 degrees. Prior yoga experience is highly recommended.
YIN YOGA Yin yoga is a complementary yoga practice to the more yang experiences such as power and vinyasa flow yoga, pilates, barre and other more aerobic activities. It is the approach in yin yoga that is different - poses are largely the same, but poses are held for longer periods, in relative stillness, at a point between edge and ease - with the ultimate goal of reaching deep connective tissues and ligaments of the body. Energy (chi) is also released and circulated throughout the body through this practice and a more inward looking approach is taken - ultimately preparing the mind and body for meditation.
