Trish Hart offers a unique combination of addressing both the mind and the body. She was a previous marathon runner who has practiced yoga and meditation for over 15 years to create balance in her daily life. She is an E-RYT 500 yoga instructor in therapeutic essentials and has completed a myriad of additional mediation and yoga specialty trainings. In addition, she is trained as a Massachusetts General Hospital, Benson Henry Institute (SMART) Stress Management and Resiliency Facilitator and will be certified through Duke Integrative Medicine in mindfulness this fall.
In addition to her private yoga and meditation practice, she instructs numerous educational workshops and lectures on mindfulness, stress management, self care, breathwork and sleep hygiene for Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Massachusetts and privately for groups and corporations.
