Join me for a blissful 2 hour practice of Restorative Yoga and Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a state of deep relaxation with inner awareness that can help you experience a profound release of tension and stress and help you connect with the deep sense of peace that comes from pure and complete relaxation. It is an effortless state of being experienced as a state of pure joy and bliss. Joy is your blueprint and your birthright!
Studies show that about 70% of all illnesses stem from stress. On the most basic level, regular practice of Yoga Nidra is a de-stress program, that can help you experience a profound release of tension, rejuvenate you, refresh you, and help enhance your overall sense of well-being. After a one hour session of Yoga Nidra, you may feel as clear and refreshed as though you’ve enjoyed 3 hours of deep restful sleep.

"SOUL ESCAPE": A Weekend Autumn Retreat

I am so excited to invite you to unplug, nurture and awaken with Dr.Caroline Moody, DAOM, L.Ac. and myself in an unforgettable weekend of yoga, Chinese medicine, meditation, acupuncture, and more. There will also be plenty of time cultivating friendships, hiking and exploring the fall foliage, reading, journaling and enjoying quietude. In addition, we will enjoy creating in the Art Barn, enjoy stargazing and a powerfully bonding fire circle.
Nestled in the Berkshires, Spirit Fire Retreat Center, is a sacred space of serene beauty that sits on 95 acres of hiking trails of forest, streams, meadow and ridge surrounded valley. Please note that the accommodations are shared, and delicious healthy seasonal organic vegetarian meals are lovingly prepared on-site.
The retreat dates are Friday, September 27th - Sunday, September 29th, and we are limiting our retreat to18 participants. Spaces are available first come, first serve.
